My name is Adam Miller, I along with my wife and two sons live in Johnstown Ohio and have been here for nearly 5 years! I spend a ton of time in the gym working on improving others, improving myself, and always trying to make Evolution the best it can be! When I'm not working I spend my time with my family enjoying the outdoors, going to my boys sporting events, and really just doing anything together that puts a smile on my the faces on the ones that I love and allows us to be together!

As a person I'm very passionate about things I care about and for those that I care for and I believe that is definitely visible when you choose to work with me a personal trainer. I'm passionate about your successes and failures and take them very personally, I have always believed that I only succeed if you do, so I will likely push you harder then you have ever been pushed both physically and mentally.

EDUCATOR

I'm a fitness nerd so I 'm always researching. This causes me to look at "fitness" in a holistic view of strength meaning that I will aim to obtain your goals from a three pronged approach utilizing Core, Cardio, and Resistance training in every single session. From Bosu Balls to Barbells I love to utilize a variety of training methods that keep the results coming, and make everyday in the gym fun and challenging! I also put a huge emphasis on education in regards to nutrition as I 100% believe that without proper nutrition the workouts don't matter, what good is a Ferrari if you put mud in the gas tank!?!?!

UNDERSTANDING

 I'm very understanding of the aches and pains of life and how to work around them. I personally have 2 herniated discs in my Lumbar spine and have worked with clients with knee, back, elbow, and neck issues as well as high blood pressure and diabetes, don't let something that can easily be worked around be your excuse for not going trying my sessions!

My name is Eric Denney. I live right here in Johnstown with my wife, son and daughter. I have lived here for 10 years! I am from a small town (Centerburg) myself so I love the atmosphere of this community. When I am not training or teaching at the gym I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports and cooking. I am always looking for new, healthy recipes to try.

 

I started on my very own fitness journey with Evolution Fitness and FitFamily personal training 18 months ago, and I haven’t looked back since. I can relate to anyone who is at the beginning of their fitness journey because I was just there not too long ago myself. I went from not working out at all to now 6-7 days a week in the gym. I enjoyed what I was doing so much that I decided to take things further than just being a client and enrolled in classes to obtain my personal trainer certification. I am beyond excited about using the knowledge that I have gained to help others obtain their goals.

 

As a trainer I like to incorporate weight training along with cardio to make sure you are getting the most out of your hour with me in the gym. I love pushing people further than I know they would push themselves in a regular gym setting.  I want nothing more than to see you succeed because when you succeed it means I am succeeding as a trainer!

My name is Melissa Stalter and I live in Johnstown, Ohio with my husband and son. With my busy schedule working my full time job, working out in the gym and training clients, I make sure I have quality time with my family.

 

As a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, I am enthusiastic and dedicated to helping others learn and grow on how to get fit along with me. I work with clients online and in person through customized fitness programs to help them reach a variety of goals including weight loss, building muscle, improving health and preparing for competitions. I hope to inspire others and empower those who don't think they can be a better and healthier version of themselves. If you want something bad enough, it can happen!

Many people get discouraged after starting an exercise program because they do not see an immediate change or the scale doesn’t change, but it takes time to start seeing these changes. I always tell my clients that they have to be patient. It’s important to forgo the scale, paying more attention to the fit of clothing and how you feel.

My proudest accomplishment was stepping on stage and competing in the NPC Natural Northern USA.  There were times that I cried and just wanted to give up but I didn’t, I stepped on that stage and took 9th out of 23 girls in my figure class. I was proud that I placed in my first show but knew I was better than this. My goal is to obtain my pro-card and continue to compete at the pro level.

My name is Lauren Baldwin. I grew up here in Johnstown and continue to live here as an adult. I am a personal trainer that offers online coaching, home workout plans, group training, 1 on 1 training, small group training, spinning classes and nutrition guidance for all levels.

 

I fell in love with health and fitness at a young age as I have always been involved in sports and being active. I also work as a full time nurse, which has many similarities to training and working with the body. Knowing the body’s anatomy in depth has helped me as a trainer to really understand everything from muscle growth to injuries. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen getting creative with recipes to share with others. You can find me at the gym working out, taking my pup for a run or making up my own creative exercises to share with my fit family.

 

At the end of the day all I want to do is inspire others to be their best self as I am portraying the same. I want to show others that fitness does not have to be boring and the transformation is so much more than just physical. I have created a stereotype for myself around the town, surrounding areas and social media as a go to influencer of health and fitness. I am easy going, passionate and knowledgeable and can’t wait to help you achieve your goals!
